The 2x8 device is one eight-way HDMI splitter. It can switch and distribut the two-way input HDMI signals to eight identical HDMI
outputs. These eight outputs are synchronized. The Splitter can also be placed at the end of a long HDMI cable to regenerate the
HDMI signal.
